We will carry out an orientation visit through the city center. This city is the famous capital of the “cowboy” world and has authentic cowboy boutiques and the Heritage Park that tells the history of the province and the impact caused by the arrival of the railroad and the oil industry. We will then head across the Trans-Canada Highway to Banff National Park. We will visit Lake Minnewanka, Bow Falls and Tunnel Mountain, along the way we may see the typical wildlife of this region: elk, brown and gray bears. Banff is an alpine oasis of activity, adventure and stunning scenery. The Rocky Mountains form a majestic ring around it. In the afternoon you can take walks, helicopter rides (cruise to Spirit Island optional) or simply enjoy a shopping trip.

This day we will dedicate to visiting the most famous lakes in Canada. We will start with the beautiful Moraine Lake framed by the Valley of the Ten Peaks within the Banff National Park. We will continue to the most famous site of the park, Lake Louise, from where we will observe the Victoria Glacier, considered among the most scenic sites in the world. At noon we will ascend to enjoy the Lake Louise gondola (included), the wonderful landscapes it offers of the majestic Rocky Mountains from where grizzly bears and deer are often observed. Before returning to Banff we will stop at Emerald Lake, which will captivate us with the intense color that gives it its name. Accommodation.

We will start the day photographing Castillo Mountain. We will continue our way along the glacier highway that will give us entrance to Jasper National Park; one of the largest in the world, where along the road that crosses it we will admire the Crow’s Foot Glacier and Bow and Peyto lakes. We will reach the Athabasca Glacier in the Columbia Ice Field; the largest ice field (325 km2) south of the Arctic Circle where we will have a ride on the Ice Explorer (included). We will continue our way to Jasper where you can raft (optional) on the Athabasca River. The duration of this exciting excursion is 1.5 hours in inflatable boats, following the route used for skin exchange in the past. Accommodation.

We left early heading to Maligne Canyon and Medicine Lake. Then we will visit Maligne Lake, the most beautiful of the deep blue lakes that, like fingers of water, penetrates the rugged scenery of the mountains where you can enjoy the cruise to Spirit Island (optional). We will continue our way to Sun Peaks bordering Moose Lake, we say goodbye to Jasper to admire the majesty of the highest peak (3,954 m.) of the Canadian Rockies in the Mount Robson Provincial Park that impresses its thousands of visitors. We continue our journey towards Vancouver to meet the Fraser River, which we will observe along the way. We will descend through wide valleys and meadows until we reach Vancouver, a city that has been considered one of the most beautiful in the world due to its nature. Due to its privileged location between the Pacific Ocean and the mountains, Vancouver has one of the most benign climates in Canada throughout the year. The visit to this beautiful city begins with Stanley Park, its totem poles, forests, beaches, and viewpoints. This is the largest municipal park in the world! Enjoy the typical and historical atmosphere of Gastown, where the city was born, the financial and commercial center and the picturesque Chinatown. We will visit Granville Island where we can enjoy the public market, art galleries and its original shops. Accommodation.

Free day to enjoy this beautiful city. We suggest visiting Whistler (optional $109 CAD net per person). The route from Vancouver to Whistler offers us one of the most beautiful views from a road as we will skirt the entire coast of the famous Howe Sound fjord. We contemplate on the one hand the calm waters of the Pacific Ocean and on the other the changing mountains of the Coastal Range of British Columbia that force us to stop to take photographs. We will stop to contemplate the 333 m Shannon Falls. of fall. As we approach Squamish we will admire the largest granite monolith in America, the Stawamus Chief, better known as “The Chief” as a frame to the landscape of Squamish, which means “Mother of the Winds”; We will find the Garibaldi Mountain with its 2,672 m. Tall. In the small alpine village of Whistler/Blackcomb full of shops and 100 more original restaurants. It is possible to take a cable car (optional) to the top of Mount Whistler at 2,200 m. Tall. We will be surrounded by a landscape of glaciers and forests while we have a coffee in the restaurant with a 300-degree view. Victoria is the capital of the province of British Columbia and is the southernmost point of the enormous Vancouver Island. It attracted the first British inhabitants only 150 years ago. Over time Victoria has maintained its Old World charm with its “red brick” buildings. The center of Victoria is located in an inland bay. In the foreground appear the famous Empress Hotel, built by the Canadian Pacific railway company, and the Provincial Parliament building built by the same British architect. The day begins with a comfortable 1.5-hour trip on the BC Ferry (included) that will take us to Vancouver Island. We will sail between an archipelago with small communities, country houses and, if we are lucky, we will see gray whales, orcas and seals near our boat. Once on the island, our first visit will be to the Butchart Gardens (included); the most famous gardens in America for their incredible variety of flowers and trees. In the city center we will have free time to visit the Empress Hotel, the Parliament and walk around the bay. Accommodation.

The morning will be free to enjoy the charm of Victoria, or to take an unforgettable whale watching excursion (optional). Approximate net price ($110 CAD p/p). At Victoria Pier they will receive a safety orientation and will be equipped with life jackets to take the ride. The expedition to see the area’s marine life uses zodiac-type boats with around 12 passengers each. The duration is 2 to 3 hours at sea, depending on the month of the year. The area is home to sea lions, seals, several species of birds, as well as transient and resident orca and gray whales that we may be able to observe. The excursion is conducted in English. Participants must sign a Liability Waiver before boarding. The excursion company provides the boats, the operator/naturalist and all safety equipment including life jackets. Excursions are weather dependent and last minute cancellations may occur. In the afternoon we will pick you up at the hotel to take you back on the ferry (included) to Vancouver. Accommodation.
